ABOUT ME
Certified since 2013, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout South Wales and North Devon in the UK and recently in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
If you are feeling frustrated with your current level of surfing and interested in seeing some immediate progression, my services aim to highlight and analyze your surfing ability and help you get the most from your time in the ocean. I teach simple techniques that will better your understanding, fundamental movements and the physical demands of surfing.

What We Do Here at Average Joe's
Here at Average Joe's our aim is to provide you, as the customer, with a safe and encouraging environment that supports your development needs within the surf.
Based in Mount Maunganui, we offer a, we offer a range of surf coaching sessions both here in Tauranga and across the North Island of New Zealand. Our tailored surf services range from in water surf analysis, group surf lessons, dry land skating sessions and surf theory, safety & ocean knowledge.

The Average Joe's Coaching service is made for the everyday surfer. We tailor our surf development and coaching programmes to fit the experience and skill level of each and every customer. If you're only just learning to generate speed or if you're wanting to refine your off the lip turns, our professional coaching will get you on your way to becoming a better surfer.
